Information on accessibility pursuant to § 14 (1) no. 2 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) in conjunction with Annex 3 BFSG.
1. General description of our service
On this website we provide information about our two restaurants in Hamburg-Winterhude and Hamburg-Blankenese: menus, opening hours, locations, private celebrations and ways to contact us. You can write to us using the contact form, and you can reserve a table through this website.
Table reservations take place entirely on this website; you do not have to leave it. You can also reserve a table by telephone at any time; the numbers of both restaurants are given in the legal notice and in the footer.
2. Using our online services
You reach the content of this website through the navigation in the page header and through the footer. The menus are provided as text on the page and can be enlarged, read aloud and searched.
Using the contact form, you fill in the marked fields and send your enquiry. You will receive a confirmation that your enquiry has reached us.
To reserve a table, go to the „Reserve“ section. There you select location, date, time and number of guests and enter the contact details required to process the reservation. You can then check your entries and send the reservation; you will receive a confirmation.
After you have reserved, you receive a confirmation by email containing a personal link that lets you view, change or cancel your reservation.
3. Accessibility of our digital services
We design this website and the digital services offered through it in accordance with the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the associated ordinance (BFSGV). Our digital services are intended to be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
In particular, we take care that essential functions can be operated with a keyboard; that interactive elements and input fields are clearly labelled; that focus states are visible; that text and controls provide sufficient colour contrast; that content remains usable when enlarged; that relevant images and graphical controls are described in a way assistive technologies can convey; that forms provide understandable instructions and error messages; and that page content is structured semantically and usable with screen readers.
For the technical implementation we follow the European standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
A complete assessment of all content and functions has not yet been concluded. Wherever barriers come to our attention, we remove them.
